    2. Our Home VidyTour™ takes photographs to an entirely different level. We use digital video, complete with music and subtitles, to give people the opportunity to 'walk-through' your home from the comfort of their own home or even their car (using their hand held, web enabled phone). In today's need-it-NOW information age, it is critical to get people information as quickly as possible, and with our system, people can gather information about your home immediately.

And, on REALTOR.com, by far the most used real estate web site, our listings are "Enhanced" - meaning they will have even more pictures, descriptions, and other information - and they are "Featured" - which places them in a group of only 4 properties located at the top of search results for Tampa properties.  With over 114,000 Tampa searches each month, your home will be seen by many more people than non-enhanced, non-featured listings.
      3. We also post our listings to our own Web Site, as well as on Trulia.com, Craigslist.com, House.com, CityCribs.com, Cyberhomes.com, Googlebase.com, Yahoo.com, and many more.
      4. Today, International investors are an important market segment. We reach these people by posting our listings on web sites used by European, South American, and other international buyers.
