1) We will search for homes that precisely fit your needs and will gladly send
    you information about these on a daily basis.

2) Then, we will personally visit the homes of interest to check them out very
    carefully. (We'll be just as discriminating as you would.) While at each, we
    will take numerous quality pictures, (with a real digital SLR - not a phone)
    and even video, and will email them to give you a very good idea of what
    they're really like.

3) The next step is a fun... We will return to the homes of further interest with
    cell phone in hand, and will call you while on site. This way, you can ask
    specific questions about these properties while you are looking at pictures and
    while we are on site, so that we can give you very detailed answers.

4) At this point, you will have several options:
    A) You could make an offer and purchase the home without actually visiting
         it first. (While this is not recommended, it can work nicely. I speak from
         personal experience as I actually did this to purchase a home in
         Colorado. It turned out to be a great deal.)
    B) Or, you could make an offer subject to your visiting the property. You
         would then have to make plans for a visit ASAP. 
    C) Or, you could visit Tampa ASAP to see the property before making an
         offer of any kind. This, of course, is the most favored approach.
    D) Or, you could decide that you don't like the property and we will continue
         helping with your search.
